Regina Manjali

Regina Manjali is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Regina Manjali
Psychology graduate, shifting career to enhance collaborative government in advancing mission-oriented innovation. During her time at university and her enjoyable professional career, she reflected on what kind of impact she wanted to see from her work, and dig-deeper into the public sector was the answer.

Those moments of reflection brought her to IIPP with a full scholarship from the Indonesian Government (LPDP). Previously, Regina had a 4+ years of experience being an intrapreneur in the area of training & education. Some of them consisted of: a founding member of youth-led foundation, first employee of an EdTech & Corp. Training agency in Indonesia, and a bit of HR.
