宅男视频 Mechanial Engineering are听celebrating after two of their Professors were named as Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) Fellows.听

Professor Peter Lee (FREng), a materials scientist who holds one of the听Royal Academy of Engineering鈥檚 Chairs in Emerging Technologies (Additive Manufacturing) is pre-eminent in the fields of solidification and x-ray imaging. His work is revealing how microstructures evolve in alloys, bioactive-glasses and geological systems.

Professor Kai Luo (FREng)听has made outstanding contributions to engineering research, education and practices for three decades. His听unique听expertise in mesoscale modelling and simulation听bridges the science and engineering boundary, making ground-breaking advances in both spheres.听

Congratulating his colleagues, Professor Yiannis Ventikos, Head of Department, 宅男视频 Mechanical Engineering said:听

鈥�听鈥淲e are absolutely delighted that Professors Kai Luo and Peter Lee have been recognised in such a resounding way by the most eminent engineering learned society in the country.
