Horizon Europe Coordinators’ Workshop 2021

The Cities Partnerships Programme has convened a Horizon Europe Coordinators’ Workshop, which includes two half days of training and capacity building sessions between the Stockholm Trio and UCL, for collaborations applying for funding from Horizon Europe.

Following from the success of the Horizon Europe Research Summit in June 2021, the UCL Cities Partnership Programme (CPP) for Stockholm is hostingÌýits first Horizon EuropeÌýCoordinators’ Workshop, which includes two half day’s training and capacity building sessionsÌýto enable leadershipÌýand facilitate research collaboration between the four universitiesÌýunderÌýEU’s HorizonÌýEurope research funding.ÌýThe workshop targets researchÌýCoordinators onlyÌý(i.e.ÌýPIs, Co-Is, Post-Doc, PIs from partner organisations etc.), andÌýtheirÌýResearch Managers.Ìý

Collectively our four universities have won € 895 million in funding under Horizon 2020, and with the launch of Horizon EuropeÌýourÌýgrants officesÌýhave come together to combine our European funding expertise and provide a focussed workshop on Horizon Europe for proposal coordinators from our organisations, and support in match making between our researchers where appropriate. 

The two sessions are by invitation, running in early December 2021, but we intend to hold follow-up and additional bespoke sessions from 2022. To express an interest, please contact vpi.global@ucl.ac.uk.
