For UK institutions to invite an eminent senior professor from overseas, to bring genuinely novel expertise and enhance the skills and knowledge of academic staff and students in an underrepresented area in the UK.
Value
Applications are invited for a minimum of 拢10,000 and a maximum of 拢150,000.听
Duration
A Visiting Professorship may last for between 3 and 12 months, and tenures of 6 months or more can be spread over 2 or more visits.

Initial expressions of interest and questions about the application process can be directed to Dr N茅stor Casta帽eda听in the first instance.
For the 1st 2024 round,听expressions of interest should be received听by 15 August, and submit a draft proposal by听6听September 2023. Applications to the funder close 5 October 2023.
For the 2nd 2024 round,听expressions of interest should be received听by 1 March, and submit a draft proposal by 28 March 2024.听Applications to the funder close 2 May 2024.
