Student Spotlight: Jamila Abdel-Razek

Recent History of Art graduate, Jamila Abdel-Razek, will present her paper at the International Care Ethics Research Consortium Conference on Care, Aesthetics, and Repair in January 2025.

As an extension of Jamila’s undergraduate dissertation research, she has been accepted to participate in the upcoming online iteration of 3rd International Care Ethics Research Consortium Conference on Care, Aesthetics, and Repair in January 2025 where she will be presenting her paper "Mending as the Means: Yasmine El Meleegy’s enactments of care and reimagination of colonial memory through craft".
