Rokusaburo Inui is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Roku is a government official who has worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for over four years.听He holds MA in War Studies from KCL and a BA in Political Science from Keio University in Japan.As a Fast-Stream Diplomat, he engaged in various missions, including coordinating bilateral diplomacy with South Korea and Southeast Asian Countries. Since he is expected to be active as a managerial staff of the Ministry, his purpose of studies at the IIPP is to develop an understanding of the latest theory and methods regarding the management and development of the government.听To add, he is passionate about playing Golf and exploring lovely Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
