Clélia Cothier

Clélia Cothier is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Prior to joining the MPA, Clélia worked in the Canadian federal government as an Impact Canada Fellow, overseeing the development and implementation of the Deep Space Food Challenge, the Canadian Space Agency’s first challenge prize. Prior to joining the public sector, Clélia worked with Desjardins’ innovation lab, to develop social and open innovation projects in the financial industry. Clélia is also a board member for non-profit organizations. Her goal is to act as a “tri-sector athlete”, by connecting and working with the private, public and social sectors on pressing societal issues. She holds a B.A. in Political Sciences and International Development from McGill University.
