New Project Request

If you need additional space you will need to raise a project request with the Estates Space Development team. No works should be carried out within the university without approval from UCL Estates.

Estates will soon be launching project requests on MyCampus. This will involve transitioning how department funded project requests are made from the Cora portal to the Project Request tile on MyCampus. Ìý

In order to facilitate the transfer of live projects from Cora to MyCampus, the Cora portal will be turned off on 1, October 2024. From this date until the launch of the Project Request tile on MyCampus please e-mail PortfolioServices@ucl.ac.uk if you have an urgent project request related to health and safety, compliance or a reasonable adjustments project requests.ÌýWe will provide you with a form to capture your requirements so that your project can be progressed.

Once the transfer has completed you will be able to see your project on MyCampus under ‘My Service Requests and Projects’, please note the project will have a different reference number.

We expect the new site to be up and running by the end of October 2024. Ìý

Immediate health and safety issues or office moves should be raised as a service request via MyCampus where the Maintenance team or porters will be able to assist. Ìý

Project requests (<£25,000)


Project requests are only for minor works of under £25,000. If your work is over £25,000 you must go through your School Estates Strategy Board. Please contact your Faculty Manager for the proposal process.Ìý

Project requests can take up to two weeks to process.Ìý

UCL Portal

You will be able to access the Portal at any time via UCL single sign-on.Ìý A profile will be automatically created for you when you first access the system.

Please note thatÌýrequests cannot currently be saved and returnedÌýat a later stage. Please ensure you select ‘Submit’.
