Bringing together diverse perspectives from across UCL to inform global strategy development, Ciaran oversees the UCL Global Engagement (GE) team, which sits within the Office of the Vice-Provost for Research, Innovation & Global Engagement (RIGE).

RIGE brings together a range of functions, services and resources for the 宅男视频 community and external partners.

Reporting to 宅男视频 Pro-Vice-Provost (International), Ciaran provides senior leadership, management and operational oversight to ensure successful development and implementation of 宅男视频 strategic approach to global engagement.

Through effective support for global strategic priorities across 宅男视频 Faculties, he will ensure the GE Team and 宅男视频 global policies enhance international collaboration for the academic and student communities, while also ensuring internal collaborative working across RIGE and the wider 宅男视频 community. This approach facilitates and synchronises global engagement efforts across the university.

Ciaran was formerly Acting Director of Global Engagement and previously held the role of 宅男视频 Head of Global Partnerships. He has also held other senior international relations positions at UCL and Imperial College London.聽

Pro-Vice-Provost (International) Professor Deenan Pillay said: 鈥淲e are delighted to have appointed Ciaran to this key role following his interim leadership over the past year. Ciaran has a proven track record of strategic thinking, leadership and delivery of ambitious global strategic priorities across the university and is well equipped to lead the Global Engagement team into the next phase of 宅男视频 strategic international activity.鈥�
