Our approach to developmentÌý

The UCL Ways of Working underpin our approach to development, setting out a consistent set of values and behaviours that inform the decisions we make around where to focus our attention. Ìý

We are committed to equity at every stage of career journeys, working with groups of staff that are underrepresented at senior levels at UCL to improve their progression into leadership roles. Our Women in Leadership and Emerging Leaders programmes are our flagship interventions in this space, but equity, diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of all aspects of our work. Ìý

We work closely with colleagues across UCL, in the faculties and professional services, with colleagues in EDI, HR, Workplace Health and Wellbeing, and Sustainability to ensure that our UCL values and staff commitments are reflected throughout our learning interventions. Ìý
