Adulthood

Our adulthood work stream aims to understand the nature and extent of inequalities in adult outcomes.

Street of people

Research shows inequalities persist in the labour market - even comparing people with very similar academic achievement.

Our aim is to understand how different pathways into the labour market results in different labour market outcomes, and what risk factors are associated with poor adult outcomes.Ìý

We also use data innovations to understand how policies and recruitment practices of leading employers restrict or enhance opportunities for people in the labour market.Ìý
