Local File Storage Location
This is the path to where the recordings will be saved.

If you have more than one webcam connected to your PC, then youÌýcan make a choice fromÌýthe drop-down list. If you only have the computersÌýbuilt-in webcam this will be displayed as the default device.
File Select a Microphone
If you have a microphone attached to your computer thenÌýyou can use the drop-down listÌýto select the audio input device you would like to use, if no external device is available thenÌýMEDIALecture willÌýuse your computer'sÌýbuilt-in device for voice input.
Camera Recording Quality
Here you can also chooseÌýthe quality ofÌývideo capture you require. We recommend using 720pÌýif your webcam is capable.
PleaseÌýnoteÌýthat clicking More will expose additionalÌýquality options, however it is not recommended to use these due to the way the encoding process has been optimised for compatibility inÌýMEDIALecture and Mediacentral.
Screen Recording Quality
The Mediacentral team recommend that for the best quality you should chooseÌý1080p as this gives you the best quality screenÌýrecording, this is especially important if you are capturing a PowerPoint (or similar) presentation.
Media Upload
This option is recommended if you have limited disk space on your computer,Ìýby checkingÌýthe box yourÌýrecordings saved toÌýyour computer will be deleted only after they have been uploaded to Mediacentral.

Once all the desired changesÌýhave been made click onÌýSAVEÌýto commit them.
