2024 Graduations: 20–24 May, 8 July and 2–6 SeptemberÌý

The Graduation Ceremonies will take place 20 to 24 May, 8 July and 2 to 6 September at the Royal Festival Hall. Ìý

The graduation of our students is at the heart of UCL as an institution. Our ability to deliver an incredible experience in celebration of their hard work is dependent on the input of our whole staff community.Ìý

There will be a range of roles available to support our students, ranging from welcoming guests, registering students on our welcome desks and ushering.Ìý

Shift times are either all day (7.30am–6pm), mornings (7.30am –1pm) or afternoons PM (1–6pm). On days where timings are different, this is specified on the form below. You will receive a staff briefing document before the Graduations and a briefing on the day, and roles/duties and shift times will be confirmed in advance.Ìý

Open Days 2024: 28 and 29 JuneÌý

The Open Days will be taking place on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 June, at both our Bloomsbury and East Campuses. Ìý

Open Days are an invaluable experience for our prospective students and a key event in helping students decide whether Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵ is for them. We expect about 10,000 visitors each day, during which we deliver a programme of over 250 activities that showcase Õ¬ÄÐÊÓƵ academic offer and what it means to be a UCL student.Ìý

Shift times are either all day (8am–4pm), mornings (8am–12pm) or afternoons PM (12–4pm). You will receive a staff briefing document before the event and a briefing on the day, and roles/duties and shift times will be confirmed in advance.Ìý
