The Department is seeking a new Blog Editor to join the Communications team. PhD students and research staff on part-time contracts听are encouraged to apply.
The role involves reading and editing proposed鈥疪DR staff and student blog contributions and听managing the administration of the鈥痓log听system, including granting access and problem-solving. The editor鈥痠s also responsible for commissioning blog鈥痵ubmissions amongst staff and students and identifying future鈥痓log鈥痶hemes.
The time commitment is up to two hours a week; however, some months are quieter than others. The role is paid on an hourly basis through Unitemps, starting from 拢15.37 per hour depending on experience.
The successful candidate听will need to:听
- Have excellent written English, great punctuation and spelling skills, and keen attention to detail听
- Be registered with
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a UK bank account
