SSEES students are invited to attend another UCL Careers for SSEES session entitled ''.

Internships and work experience provide a valuable way of getting experience, building skills and finding out what it's like to work in a particular sector.  But it's a competitive marketplace, particularly if you only apply the same old advertised roles everyone else is going for.

In this session with SSEES Careers Consultant Hilary Moor, we'll discuss the importance of being really proactive in your job search.  You can generate leads for opportunities yourself and it DOES work - it's just a matter of networking, being creative and targeting organisations in a focused and sensible way.  Join the discussion and pick up some tips on job-hunting that’ll stand you in good stead for your entire career!
