Inequality is part of our society - the way we collect information about people can reinforce this inequality. Genomic studies that explore how genes work in humans are looking at ways to address this. The methods we use to analyse genomic data also play an important role.

With the help of Nifty Fox Creative, Dr Brieuc Lehmann (UCL Statistical Science) and colleagues at Genomics England have created a helpful explainer to highlight the different ways that statistical methods can help reduce inequalities in genomics research. You can find the full video just below:
