European Conference on African Studies (ECAS): AFRAB Panels, Friday 2 June 2023

AFRAB organised a double panel at the that in 2023 was hosted at the University of Cologne. The panel鈥檚 title matched the Conference鈥檚 general themes on 鈥業magining African Futures鈥�; it was: 鈥業magining the Future of Slavery: African Approaches to Slavery and Abolition鈥�. Other independent researchers submitted paper proposals to the panel organiser and contributed presentations on their work.
